About the Position...
The Loan Service Specialist I is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.
The Loan Service Specialist I is responsible for providing efficient and professional customer service to internal and external clients, consistent with regulatory compliance, policies and procedures. Summary of responsibilities include, client support, research, loan payment processing and system file maintenance. The Loan Service Specialist I is also responsible for answering client calls and requests promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally. They are also responsible for assisting the Loan Support Supervisor with additional assignments and/or projects as needed. This position will perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently and according to bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:
Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Loan Services and standard banking practices.
Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years previous banking experience.
Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills.
- Professional appearance, dress and attitude.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
