What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Director position at United Christian Youth Camp?
Position Summary :Dining Director is responsible for being knowledgeable regarding food service standards and quality menu planning and implementation. Oversees a staff to execute a full dining experience to the guests that UCYC serves.
This position is connected to the faith and mission of the camp and moves forward the mission and vision of UCYC.
Responsibilities:
- Remain current on food service trends and safety standards
- Responsibility, oversight, and accountability of Food Service budget
- Maintain current relationships with vendors for best price and quality
- Hire all food service staff
- Ensure staff is properly trained and scheduled accurately
- Ensure accurate food and product inventory is completed
- Overall menu planning and execution, keeping food service up to date
- Deliver meals on time
- Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation of dining facility, keeping to code
- Ensure maintenance of food service equipment
- Be an active participant in overall Experience Team and contribute to the overall success of the guest experience
- Other duties as assigned

Salary : $45,000 - $47,000
