BancMac, within United Community Bank, is in search of a Mortgage Operations Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing secondary market real estate loans in accordance with guidelines and regulatory standards
- Prepare disclosures, closing documents and other mortgage related documents on loan software (Encompass)
- Answer customer questions and inquiries
- Monitor daily workflow utilizing system tools
- All other duties as assigned

Other Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of TRID and general residential mortgage guidelines/regulations required.
- Excellent customer service qualities, attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Requires proficiency in typing
Education and/or Experience: High school degree or equivalent
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Word and Excel required. Familiarity with Encompass a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
Attendance Requirements: Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours should be avoided. This position is typically full-time, Monday through Friday.
Working conditions: This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
