Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, located in Green Valley, AZ, allows some flexibility for remote work. The Director of Finance will manage the overall financial health and planning of the organization, oversee financial statements and reporting, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, directing accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, and collaborating with senior leadership to establish organizational financial goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Thorough knowledge of financial compliance and regulations
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial operations management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPA certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment
