United Dental Partners is seeking a four-day per week (every Friday off!) General or Pediatric Dentist for our practice, located in Chesterton, IN. The opportunity includes generous base salary, sign-on bonus, plus adjusted production bonus and robust benefits. This practice is a PPO/Medicaid practice.

Requirements
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- Valid IN state dental license
