What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Management Specialist position at United Fidelity Bank?
The Treasury Management Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Director of Treasury Management and customers with setup of new business on-line products and services or modify existing customer accounts per their requests. This position will help provide support for identifying existing and prospective business customers for our relationship managers/officers to assist them in developing/building relationships.
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Director of Treasury Management to provide Community Bank Presidents, Municipality Director, lenders, and bank personnel with information to help solicit, establish, and maintain commercial banking relationships with a focus on treasury management products and core deposit growth.
Responsible for establishing Treasury product & service system set-up including, but not limited to, Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Merchant Capture, ACH & Wire Users.
Help generate a variety of prospect lists from existing customer referrals and sources and assist with analyzing customer data.
Help compile and track appropriate product agreements, resolutions and setup forms for products sold and communicate with customers concerning outstanding documentation needed.
Assist with the preparation of written proposals, RFP responses, and comparative analysis via internal systems for relationship manager/officer to utilize in presentations.
Involvement in implementation of new products, services, and systems for the benefit of Treasury Management clients.
Help the Director of Treasury Management track referrals, identify opportunities for providing additional products or services to customers, and follow-up with relationship managers/officers on outstanding items.
Complete all required compliance and internal educational classes on a yearly basis.
Perform duties related to the Bank Secrecy Act under the guidance of the BSA Officer.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
High School or Associates degree required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of applicable experience
Physical Requirements of Essential Job Functions:
The associate is frequently required to sit and/or stand, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects, tools or controls that are typical of an office/bank environment. Lifting items weighting up to 10 pounds on a consistent basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 80% of the work period while operating equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, etc.
Working Conditions:
· Typical office environment.
· Extended viewing of computer screens.
· Regular office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. At times, working outside of the stated regular hours may be required.
