MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior clerical office experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Associates degree.

1. Responsible for coordination of weekly cancer conference (tumor board).
2. Maintains all cancer conference tracking per cancer program standards requirements.
3. Coordinates meetings and follow up activities for Cancer Committee and the Breast Program Leadership Team.
4. Produces minutes and tracks attendance for Cancer Services meetings.
5. Assists Cancer Services director with completion of the CoC accreditation SAR.
6. Assists Cancer Services director with maintenance of other accreditation activities including NAPBC, QOPI and APEX.
7. Assists WVUH Cancer Registry for limited CCMC specific registry needs.
8. Supports Cancer Services Leadership with clerical support.
