** This is a full time onsite position located in North Phoenix, AZ (85027).**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings and details.
- Produce new drawings or edit existing prints based on system department needs and directions.
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
- Demonstrate an understanding or accurate drafting methods, layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports, and scaling.
- Ability to use REVIT and Navisworks to develop and monitor designs.
- Monitor and detect clashes within drawings, using Navisworks.
- Update models to reflect as-built conditions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), and MS Power Apps.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting or independently.
- Detail oriented, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English, preferred.
