Floor Technician - Housekeeper II
Full Time - Days every other weekend

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, is a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Floor Technician/Housekeeper II.
The Housekeeper/Floor Technician supports resident care by ensuring living spaces and common areas are clean and tidy. The Housekeeper/Floor Technician will maintain all community floors in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive condition.
Requirements for a Floor Technician:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Professional floor care experience.
- Some previous experience in custodial/janitorial preferred.
Responsibilities for a Housekeeper/Floor Technician :
- Floor care. Dust/clean furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and disinfect equipment including all hallways and all sitting areas.
- Empties and cleans waste receptacles daily.
- Cleans and maintains supplies in the restrooms.
- Moves and arranges furniture, special program set up and equipment as needed.
- May assist in unloading delivery trucks/monitor back door during deliveries.
- Appropriate use of cleaning products. Perform floor care on all surfaces. Operate scrubber/burnisher/extractor and various housekeeping equipment. Strip and finish floors.
