Role Description

This is either a full or part time role for a Sales Engineer with a company located in Hendersonville, TN. The Sales Engineer's role will include cultivating new customers and opportunities, collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, develop tailored solutions, and support the implementation process. The role involves working with our designers and preparing technical proposals and presentations, coordinating with the Project Managers and technical team to ensure successful project execution, and building strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service. This position may be remote, and does not require relocating to TN.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Broadcast Equipment Sales, Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
• Background in Sales with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and technical proficiency relevant to video production systems and solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred, but not required, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the video production, broadcast, or AV solutions industry is advantageous
