Accounts Receivable Representative needed for our Virginia Beach office. UPA is seeking a candidate who:
- is self motivated, detail oriented and reliable

- completes paperwork with attention to detail and according to policy
- provides exceptional customer service and communicate effectively by appropriately responding to clients, supervisors and staff
- has ability to work in a fast paced environment
- has ability to accurately post security deposit rent and misc. monies, pull move out files, put in order as per policy and process deposit accurately.
- previous experience with document management software a plus
