Billing Specialist

We currently operate out of over 40 branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprint.

We have an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist at our Collierville corporate office. The qualified candidate will create and submit invoices to our clients for payment of any fees related to the repossession process based on the client's billing guidelines and requirements. They will also perform general office tasks like organizing documents, updating records and data entry with a focus on customer billing. The Billing Specialist will need to be able to multi-task and determine priorities to complete tasks as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately create and submit client invoicing.
• Handle general billing inquiries, and resolve client disputes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and apply critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast paced environment
• Use written and verbal communication skills in communicating with the relevant team members.
• Maintain highest level of customer service.

Starting pay for this position is between $16-$17/hour, depending on experience.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of successful billing and/or customer service experience (Preferred)
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with computers and software applications
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A great work attitude, work ethic, and team player
• You must be able to pass pre-employment screening
