We are looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team! You will make an impact each day by responding to customers' needs for restoration/renovation jobs. These include the completion of demolition, reconstruction, drywall, framing, and other restoration activities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform reconstruction/renovation work per expectations to improve the quality of life for your customers, resulting in exceptional customer service
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each job
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with team and be coachable
- Participate in rotational, emergency-response program
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED plus experience in construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry, painting, moving)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; lives within 45 minutes of our facility
- Has mechanical/math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held technology tools and software reporting programs
- Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
