JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: A level 1 production associate position is the entry level position. The objective of this position is to develop a solid understanding of the basic requirements of the production process and demonstrate these requirements at an acceptable level of performance. Development of a strong skills base is required to move to the next production associate level.
Essential Functions:
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all functions of 1 zone on the production line.
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in completion of all production documentation.

Characteristic Duties:
- Demonstrate a positive work ethic and attitude. To include the ability to work as a team.
- Compliance with company attendance policy.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain a safe working environment.

- Demonstrate proficiency in 6S process and procedure.
Competencies:
Supervisory Responsibility: Provide training, support and guidance as needed to ensure the employee has the best opportunity for success.
Work Environment:
- Indoor work is required.
- Working conditions can change based on seasons.
Physical Demands: Lifting of up to 50lbs on a daily basis.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
Travel: No travel is required for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
