United Skates of America, an industry leader for over 50 years in recreation and entertainment facility management, is seeking a personable STEM Educator to join our Jackson, NJ team. This beautiful roller-skating facility is located at 2270 W. County Line Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527. As a premier family entertainment center, we offer roller and in-line skating, state-of-the-art sound and light, a large game arcade with a novelty redemption shop, STEM Educational Field Trips, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town!
The STEM teacher/educator will build, refine, and present STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) lesson plans to students ranging from kindergarten to high school. Our groundbreaking copyrighted STEM educational programs are conducted in groups of 50 to 250 and utilize state-of-the-art video and audio technology.

- A creative mind and a strong ability to improvise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
- A keen talent for relating STEM concepts to everyday life.
- Experience within the STEM field(s) is a plus.
- Availability Monday-Friday during school hours. Days and times will vary based on bookings.
- Reliable transportation is required.

Compensation: $75 per lesson (approximately 2 hours), $15/hour for prep work outside of the day of the lesson.
Position: Part-time, as needed (absolutely must be available mornings 9 am to 12 noon)
