USPI Texas Orthopedic Center of Excellence is seeking a motivated Radiology Technologist to join our team. We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in GI, Orthopedic, Pain. We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day. Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings.
Job Summary: The RN OR Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
- AART Registered and CPR Current.
- 1-2 years' experience in C-Arm and Portable X-rays in an operating room setting.
- Knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and Joint Commission Regulations.
- Must possess independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is required.
