United Title Agency, an Investors Title Managed Agency, is looking for an Escrow Closer to assist with settlement and loan processing functions for both residential and commercial real estate closings. The Escrow Closer will work with loan processors, lenders, realtors, closers, and agency staff to ensure files are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.

Position Highlights

• Process loan packages received from lending institutions.
• Coordinate all aspects of the closing function and attend closings.
• Create and edit settlement statements/CD’s when needed.
• Perform all post-closing functions as needed and coordinate with personnel for document recording.
• Assist with escrow account reconciliation and maintenance as necessary.
  
  

Position Qualifications

• Completion of a four (4) year college degree OR equivalent training and experience
• 2 years experience in real estate loan closings and settlement operations
• Experience analyzing documents associated with a routine real estate transaction
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate files
• Ability to work autonomously
