Responsible for annual campaign fundraising duties
Contact and relationship building with local businesses and organizations
Communicate the value offered by United Way
Schedule, assist and follow up with presentations and events
Manage community partner presentations
Assist with recruiting and managing multiple relationships while working with diverse sectors of the community
Assist with new marketing strategies to increase corporate and employee workplace partnerships and investments
Develop a working knowledge of workplace campaign relationships, partner programs and community services
Share responsibility for website updates and outreach tactics
Organize, administer projects and multitask while maintaining accuracy and promptness
Assist with annual campaign brochure layout and design
Inventory and resupply annual campaign resources
Assist with annual campaign duties
Establish a culture of responsibility and accountability
Participate as a collaborative member of the organization's team, providing assistance where needed to ensure that the needs of the organization are met.
Provide courteous and sensitive Customer Service to both internal and external guests, donors and agencies.
Ability to handle confidential materials in a discreet, professional manner without compromise.
Maintain a positive people approach
Serve more than one customer at a time in an efficient and positive manner; work under pressure, deadlines, and time constraints.
Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork or documents
Maintain donor database

High School graduate
Two years office experience, preferably in a secretarial/administrative capacity
