What are the responsibilities and job description for the Verbal Verification of Employment Specialist position at United Wholesale Mortgage?
UWM is looking for self-starters for our Mortgage Operations teams! You’ll help make sure loan documents are handled quickly, correctly and on time.
What You Should Know:
- 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday
- Requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI
- $500 sign-on bonus*
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google Docs
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Achieving daily production goals
- Accurately entering data
- Building relationships with clients and team members
- Following rules to keep all customer and loan information safe and private
- Managing phone calls from clients and internal team members
- Supporting the loan process from start to finish
- Verifying that all loan information is correct and complete
