What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN position at United Zion Retirement Community?
Looking to hire an RN on a part-time basis, working 7 days per pay period. The shift timing will be 5:30am-1:30pm, with working every other weekend and every other holiday.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for resident care, excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. You must have a current RN state license, in good standing. Experience in long-term care is preferred, but we welcome new graduates as well.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Participate in developing and implementing care plans for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
