Customer Service Consultant
Location: South Portland ME (Onsite)
Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM ET during the school year
Salary: $45,000 to $60,000
Department: Customer Success
Reports to: Director of Customer Success
Travel: Every 4 to 8 weeks across the US
About UniteGPS
UniteGPS builds real-time GPS and safety technology for schools. Our Crosswalk solution helps districts improve transportation, communication, and student safety. We are growing quickly and looking for someone who is organized, technically skilled, and service-minded.
Role Overview
You will support school districts using our Crosswalk platform and other solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues, onboarding new customers, leading training, and traveling for in-person visits. You will work closely with our customer success and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve hardware and software support issues
- Lead onsite training sessions
- Conduct customer check-ins and feature audits
- Travel for onsite support and relationship building
- Communicate with internal teams and support coverage gaps
