Nursing Recruiter

Our recruiters are responsible for developing relationships with medical professionals interested in travel nurse positions. This includes sourcing new candidates and screening/matching candidates to open medical facility positions. You'll also continue to build relationships with your travelers and be their primary contact to Uniti Med - providing them a positive and rewarding travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source new candidates via cold calling, web posting, job boards, referrals, social media and contacts
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and interviewers.
• Address candidate questions, concerns, and inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Develop relationships to understand the candidates skillset, requirements and personality
• Interview and matching each candidate with a complementary role
• Negotiate the assignment/placement details
• Manage a desk of travelers and be their point of contact into the corporate office
• Ability to meet weekly performance metrics

• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, including different healthcare roles and their qualifications.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation packages in the healthcare sector.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized.

Education and Experience:

• Preference given to recruiters with industry experience but not required
• Experience in any sales setting is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
