Job Summary:
- Skillfully assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and emotional conditions to determine the best course of treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and make necessary adjustments
- Document all interactions with patients and their families in the medical record
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care and progress
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Acute Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
