Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, clinic, or community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect accurate and timely data on client behaviors and program outcomes during each session.
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
- Support clients in reducing maladaptive behaviors and increasing functional skills.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and regular supervision sessions.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the BACB and company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
- Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation & Application Fee
- Starting pay: $30 per hour
- Opportunities for pay increases based on experience, performance, and tenure
- A $50 application fee is required as part of the hiring process to cover background verification and drug testing.
This fee will be fully refunded on your first paycheck after you join the team.
