Unity House of Troy’s Supported Housing Program is seeking a community minded, compassionate individual to assist people living with HIV/AIDS.
Responsibilities
Provide supportive counseling.
Promote housing stability to improve health outcomes.
Provide crisis intervention/ emergency service coordination.
Provide regular interactions with program consumers.
Produce final reports for caseload.
Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED with 2 years previous human service experience required. Must have reliable transportation, valid and clean New York State driver's license.
Benefits
