Interim Financial Reporting Manager (Job #106718)

We’re teaming up with a large company in the Fort Worth area that’s looking for an Interim Financial Reporting Manager to step in during an upcoming employee leave. This is a hands-on role where you’ll jump right into the SEC reporting process and work alongside a sharp, dependable team that appreciates a strong work ethic. They’re aiming for a mid-September start to allow for onboarding and a smooth transition, with the role expected to run through February. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review 10-Q and 10-K filings
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Draft and finalize footnotes and financial statement disclosures
• Collaborate across departments to collect financial data for external reporting
• Utilize SAP and Workiva
• Support general ledger close activities, as needed

Requirements:

• Hands-on SEC reporting experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and operate independently
• Comfortable being in-office 3 to 4 days per week in Fort Worth
• Familiarity with SAP and Workiva
• Open to senior to manager-level professionals with a track record of being hands-on and reliable
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting
• This team is looking for someone who can stay through the full project timeline to support a smooth handoff and consistent execution.
