Join us and be at the forefront of game-changing data solutions in a rapidly growing industry.What you'll be doingBuild the foundational data infrastructure for analytics, reporting, and machine learning data pipelines and productsDevelop internal data tools and APIs to empower Unity's data teams in their business analysis and reporting effortsCollaborate with various internal teams to design and implement scalable, automated data pipeline frameworks based on their needsParticipate in and take ownership of developing data solutions and APIs that ensure seamless and secure data workflowsDrive innovation in data infrastructure to support and enhance data-driven decision-making across UnityWhat we're looking forProven expertise in handling big data, with significant experience in end-to-end ETL pipeline design and utilizing modern data stack tools with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery and SnowflakeProficiency with Kafka, Spark, and Flink for developing batch and streaming data pipelines and products using Iceberg table storage formatsFluency in Python, with solid experience in using Airflow for orchestration and advanced SQL skillsExperienced in automating CI / CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar technologies, and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform on platforms like GCP, AWS, or AzureYou might also haveProficiency in additional programming languages such as Scala or GoUnderstanding of various data storage engines (SQL, NoSQL, key-value stores, object stores)Experience with high-performance, distributed data storage solutions such as Druid / Imply for OLAP workloadsAdditional informationRelocation support is not available for this position.International relocation support is not available for this position.Life at UnityUnity [NYSE : U] is the world's leading platform of tools for creators to build and grow real-time games, apps, and experiences across multiple platforms.
