Responsibilities
- Works with the licensed therapist in the treatment preparation of persons served. This may include assisting with exercise, gait, hot and cold application, and hydrotherapy, reinforcing rehabilitation techniques under the direction and supervision of the licensed therapist
- Assists with cleaning/inventorying equipment and ordering supplies
- Reports any questions or concerns regarding compliance immediately to the attention of department or organization/hospital administrative staff
- May be requested to assist with managing supply acquisition and stocking
- Demonstrates the knowledge that patient and workplace safety is a priority by preventing errors, accidents and infections and reporting potential or actual concerns immediately
- Displays creativity and innovation in the delivery of services
- Participates in process improvement for enhancement of care delivery and clinical excellence
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: | · Graduation from high school or GED. |

Experience: |
| · Prior related health care experience preferred. |
License(s)/Certification(s): | · Current BLS (CPR). |

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: | · Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional · educational and lifestyle backgrounds. Knowledge of basic computer skills. |
