Responsibilities:
Collaborates with nursing leadership and education professionals to coordinate, influence, and assist with the implementation of nursing care and related nursing activities in the unit. Assesses, develops and implements orientation and education programs for department staff to positively impact the quality of patient care.
Qualifications:
Iowa RN license required, BSN preferred or commitment to complete BSN within a negotiated timeframe. 2 years RN experience required and 3 years OR nursing experience preferred. CNOR required or must obtain upon hire. Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work.
