We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to handle break/fix laptop repairs, end-user support, and network troubleshooting across a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is a hands-on role that blends hardware, software, and network responsibilities all while supporting critical business operations.

- Manage help desk tickets and collaborate with corporate IT to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot software/hardware for Process Control Servers and Communication Network infrastructure across both the IIT and Process Networks, including inter-network connectivity.
- Provide database support for name/ownership modifications in MOC and SPAM systems.
- Define and manage the backup process for manufacturing process data.
- Support Windows/SAP and label printers; coordinate with ATOS for issue resolution.
- Monitor, maintain, and restore network connectivity at all sites, and notify users of any disruptions.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues in addition to ATOS support.
- Submit IT service requests and handle new hire setup (user accounts, hardware, mobile devices, etc.).
- Deliver regular IT support to all sites, including technical support for warehouses.
- Provide phone system support across all locations.
- Offer after-hours IT support for manufacturing operations when needed.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of IT support and hardware repair experience
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools, networking basics, and mobile device management
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
- A and Network certifications preferred
