- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with our business to business customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for B2B customers
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service and sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
