COUNSELOR AIDE

The Counselor Aide provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor or Charge Nurse. The full-time evening position hours are 2:30pm - 11:00pm with weekend rotation.

Job Duties and Responsbilities:

• Monitors unite milieu and maintains a safe therapeutic environment for patients.
• Completes patient observation rounds timely, and accurately
• Responds to patients in crisis and acts accordingly

Counselor Aide Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a psychology-related field is highly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Drivers License with safe driving record
