What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Manager position at Universal Health Services, Inc.?
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring new hires have an excellent candidate experience, particularly post offer and post start. Drafts and reviews HR processes and creates standard work documents. Leads and coordinates all recruitment strategies with educational institutions to recruit new graudates. Lead and coordinate recruitment activities: job fairs, career fairs, school events, etc. Provides initial and ongoing training and competency assessment for Staffing and HR team. Ensures that new hire/new employee activities are executed in a compliant, effective and efficient manner. Works collaboratively with Employee Health, Professional Development and Education, Staffing Vendors, Corporate Recruitment and other stakeholders to ensure service excellence. Recruits for management team and professional roles. Develops and executes initial and ongoing training for Recruiters.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
Effective interpersonal skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities;
Advanced proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor degree required.
2. 5 years of experience in recruitment processes required.
3. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background.
