Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist position is to optimize patient medications for all ages and populations served by University Hospital by providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. Works collaboratively with healthcare team to accomplish departmental goals and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Pharm D., or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy with Board Certification in a specialized area. Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of hospital experience with enhanced clinical responsibilities required.
Credential required: Pharm D., Bachelor’s Degree, Registered Pharmacist, Licensed in the State of NJ
Salary : $122,640 - $148,844
