* 24 treatment rooms including trauma and decontamination rooms
* Radiological/CT and MRI capabilities
* Branded member of Rainbow Pediatric Emergency Services Network
* Designated Level III Trauma Center
* Certified Primary Stroke Center
* Accredited Chest Pain Center
* Med control for 5 local EMS squads
* Split flow/Supertrack model
* Self-scheduling department / every other weekend and holiday
* Average assignment is 4 patients per 1 RN
Available shift: Full-Time, 11a-11p
Sign on Bonus: $6,000
Position Summary
Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
Essential Functions
- Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
- Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
- Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
- Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
