Duties:

Education and/or Experience
- Any combination of education and experience which clearly demonstrates the skills and abilities necessary to accomplish the essential functions of the job.
- Experience working successfully with people of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to work in a group setting including following instructions given by a Lead or Supervisor; relating in a positive manner to management and other employees; and assisting in providing a productive and safe work environment.
- Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but un-involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, lift and use a ladder. Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to read and interpret documents.
A valid Driver's license is required for this position.
This is a full-time, 12-month, L6070, Maintenance Services Worker, non-exempt staff position, complete with a full employee benefits package.
