Summary of Job Duties:
The Assistant Professor, will be responsible for teaching the following courses within the Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program in the College of Health Professions, Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology: AUDI 87303 – Implant Device Technology & AUDI 71401 – Clinical LaboratoryThis position involves instruction, course planning, student assessment, and collaboration with department faculty to support student learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Teach AUDI 87303 – Implant Device Technology and AUDI 71401 – Clinical Laboratory.
Develop course materials, deliver lectures, and assess student performance.
Support student learning through academic guidance and timely feedback.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and program improvement.
