Required Education and/or Experience
- Graduate degree in Management or related Business field (MBA from an AACSB accredited institution);
- Appropriate professional designation(s);
- Significant professional experience supporting teaching assignments.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Teaching experience is desirable.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach required courses per semester (fall and spring), of which 2 to 3 may differ, and 1 or 2 will support the Entrepreneurship program; classes occur in the mornings, at night (1 night/week), and/or online. During the summers (subject to funding, department's needs, and availability), all full-time faculty members, including Instructors, may teach an additional two courses for 15% of their 9-month salary over a 5-week period of time;
- Serve on University, College, and Department committees;
- Engage with the regional business community;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
