Your Role on the Team
The STEM Learning Lab Research Coordinator will work under the general supervision of the Lab Manager on various research projects performing standard and complex laboratory procedures. Specifically, the STEM Learning Lab Research Coordinator will be responsible for data entry, data analysis, and qualitative coding, applying standard quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of results. The STEM Learning Lab Research Coordinator will also attend weekly meeting with the lab manager to ensure tasks are being completed on time.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $22.58- $24.32 (Hourly).
Required:
- Experience working with people and research
- Exhibits individual initiative
- Self-sufficient
- Initiates and ensures compliance with applicable data collection procedures
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Possesses attention to accuracy and detail
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience in statistics and/or programming
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Psychology, Education or related field)
Special Conditions:
- Hours can potentially include after-hours or weekends – dependent on participants’ schedules
