As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced imaging applications:
* cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR ,and or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI , ASL
* Brain, or Breast, or Prostate
* * MR Enterography, MR Defecography and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coil
* MR Guided fine needle breast and or prostate biopsies.
* Brain
* Fibroid tumors
Salary Range: $50.66 - $66.85 Hourly
Qualifications* * 3 years MRI Experience - required
* * Licenses
* o ARRT, CRT - required. MR certificate required
*
* o ARRT, ARMRIT (MR) - required
* * Venipuncture certificate - required
* * BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required
* * Graduate from a AMA Radiologic Technologist Program - required
* * AA or BS - preferred
* * Siemens experience - preferred
* * Demonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required producing optimal diagnostic images.
* * Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
