What are the responsibilities and job description for the First-Year Experience Event Intern position at University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business?
Create, promote, and execute events for the Leeds RAP in Cheyenne Arapahoe Hall or Leeds LLC in Kittredge Central Hall to facility a sense of community and an inclusive environment. Most of these events will take place on weekends and in the evenings.

Tasks:
- Create and organize events that target community building for our First Year population.
- Track student attendance and takeaways from each event; collect and utilize feedback from students to make adjustments/improvements.
- Coordinate and run events from beginning to end (preparation, setting up, cleaning up, etc.).
- Attend regular meetings/check-ins with RAP or LLC coordinators.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate.
- Coordinate with FYE Marketing Intern to provide content for social media initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must be a current or incoming Leeds School of Business undergraduate student.
- Must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative CU GPA (if you have earned a CU GPA).
- Must have experience living in the Leeds LLC or Leeds RAP. Students will be considered for the LLC or RAP depending on whether they lived in the LLC or RAP.
