Position Summary | The Faculty and Staff Well-Being Senior Program Coordinator is an advanced level of human resources professional. This role develops, markets, implements, and evaluates well-being programs for University faculty and staff. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Benefits, this position will help mobilize, create, and sustain campus-wide well-being initiatives to create an environment that promotes enhanced well-being for faculty and staff. The ideal incumbent will be knowledgeable and skilled at teaching diverse audiences, work interdependently in a team environment, and have genuine enthusiasm for furthering the health and well-being for the University of Georgia. |

Duties/Responsibilities | Promote and communicate well-being programs to the university community through a variety of methods and modalities, including classroom instruction, unit-based workshops, webinars, electronic resources, and print materials. Design and maintain an online presence via website and social media, writing and editing website content, and creating surveys via Qualtrics. Monitor and review well-being website to ensure program information and engagement functions are accurate, relevant, and timely. |

Duties/Responsibilities | Manage employee well-being programs for in-person and virtual workshops, events, cohort programs, USG and vendor programs. Example duties include marketing, scheduling and room reservations, catering management, tracking expenditures, communicating with speakers and attendees, and managing registration, attendance, and post-event surveys. |

Duties/Responsibilities | Act as a liaison to campus partners and as a representative of the well-being program at various committee meetings such as the Well-Being Advisory Committee and the Well-Being Champions Network. Establish relationships with appropriate parties in division and colleges to promote and market well-being resources. Attend and actively participate in meetings with campus partners and identify potential campus partners. Develop collaborative partnerships with community organizations, University vendors, and University division and colleges, including satellite campuses, that will benefit the well-being of the campus community. |
