The University of Illinois Foundation (Foundation) is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving organization of the University of Illinois (University). It works closely with alumni and friends, faculty and staff, corporations and foundations, as well as campus development professionals to create fundraising programs and opportunities that benefit the University.
The Foundation has an opening for an Intern in our Human Resources Department. This person will support UIF HR staff with day-to-day administration and work on projects intended to improve HR practices.

- Assists with gathering information, reviewing/entering data, and producing materials including but not limited to the following areas: ?
- HR Administration
- Recruitment/Onboarding
- Compensation/Surveys
- Job Descriptions
- Immigration related matters
- Payroll
- Meetings/Events
- Performance management
- Training
- Provides office and Foundation lobby front desk coverage as needed.
- Current University of Illinois Student or recent graduate.
- Available to work at least one semester.
- Currently enrolled in School of Labor and Employee Relations (LER) at UIUC.
- Available to work two or three semesters.
