What You Will Do As a Clinic RN Specialist
- Assesses patient needs and identifies anticipated nursing outcomes
- Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other health care team members
- Implements nursing interventions based on care plan
- Delivers care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patients
- Associate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current Minnesota RN license #RN
- BLS certification
- 5 years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2 years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
- Experience with electronic health record systems
