Job Description


The Department of Radiology is seeking a highly motivated, solution-oriented individual for the position of Business Operations Associate II. This position requires a combination of administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The Business Operations Associate II will work closely with various departments, staff, and vendors to facilitate operations, manage projects, and support financial activities.

Financial Management:
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements.
  • Accurately create reports and process center billing for Radiology research imaging.
  • Assist with financial analysis and forecasting.
Grant Management:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation and supporting materials.
  • Perform periodic audits of human subject studies for compliance, utilizing PS and OnCore.
  • Provide post-award support including subject payments, hospital claims, and reconciliation reports.
Operational Support:
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and update operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in procurement processes and vendor management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Utilize software tools and databases to manage and analyze information.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

Shift


Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range


Hiring Range: $21.28 - $28 an hour
Grade: GGS-009
