Responsibilities
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Child Life Coordinator, the Child Life Specialist will conduct child life assessment intervention for pediatrics patients being cared for in the Pediatric Imaging Center.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to provide child life services based on assessment of patient's development and psychosocial needs.
- Utilizes therapeutic activities as diagnostic and treatment tools.
- Provides interdisciplinary care on the development and psychosocial needs.
- Consults with team members regarding the individual needs of the patient.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Child Life or related field and experience required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Child Life certification required.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $20.57 - $27.78 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Salary : $21 - $28
