Hourly Basketball Scouting/ Video and Assistant Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Director of Basketball Scouting/ Video and Assistant Operations Coordinator reports
directly to the Head Womenen's Basketball Coach. The Director of Basketball Scouting/ Video and
Assistant Operations Coordinator will be a member of the University of San Francisco Athletic
Department and will oversee all scouting and video for the University of San Francisco NCAA
Division I Men's Basketball Program. The individual will also assist the Director of Basketball
Operations.
Full Job Description:
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate all scouting report breakdowns for opponents.
Organize data on opponent player personnel, including offensive and defensive
strategies
Assist with game plan
Responsible for all team film, including breakdown, for games and practices.
Assist Director of Basketball Operations with team travel including booking flights,
hotels, transportation, food and all other details needed.
Assist with coordinating youth individual and team camps.
Assist with outreach to community, including local basketball clubs, high school and
youth basketball programs.
Assist with coordination of Alumni events.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent knowledge of the game and strategies of men's
basketball. Knowledge of video camera and breakdown of film. Thorough knowledge of NCAA
and WCC rules and regulations and the application to those in all situations.

Hourly
Salary Range :
$20-30/hr., commensurate with experience.
