Position Summary
The Rosenberg Skyroom Venue Coordinator handles the organization, set up, and client follow-up of events or meetings that take place in the Rosenberg Skyroom.

Essential Functions
- The Venue Coordinator will serve both in the sales office performing basic office duties including:
- Answering phones, processing payments, emailing clients, etc;
- In addition, the venue coordinator will be assigned to work events that may occur after hours and on weekends;
- Event duties include being available for guest questions, setting up and monitoring the audio visual or microphone equipment, reporting any issues to the manager onsite;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Microsoft Office;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to work with a team;
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures;
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA

Current UIW undergraduate students only.
