You will be responsible for:
- Engaging and following up with prospective clients
- Qualifying and handing off incoming leads
- Coordinating meetings with prospects
- Managing SEO/SEM and content marketing
- Executing social media and email campaigns
In this job, you will:
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media messages. Craft compelling messaging tailored to each prospect to create interest and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Source new leads and opportunities through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Continuously update lead status and progress in the sales pipeline to provide visibility into performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to optimize lead generation efforts and align messaging with overall marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development in the technology sector.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Tech and Hardware experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be located in the US, willing to work aligned with the PST timezone.
