Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals and families by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, develop intervention plans, and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while collaborating with families and other service providers to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and oversee RBTs, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with families, service providers, and funding agencies.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other service providers to integrate intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports within required timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all accreditation standards, HIPAA regulations, and state/federal laws.
- Attend required meetings and communicate updates to leadership.
- Guide BCaBAs in fulfilling their responsibilities for client support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be in good physical condition to meet job demands.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
